After receiving a master’s from Duke University, I received my J.D. from the University Of Memphis. I was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1998 and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2008. I am a member of both the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations and am a Fellow of the Memphis Bar. I have experience trying cases in both state and federal courts.
I have been honored as “Woman of Wisdom, Reaching Beyond Borders” for community service in the legal profession. I have been a presenter and seminar leader for the Law Leadership Panel and Therapeutic Jurisprudence Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. I practice in Divorce, Child Support / Custody, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Domestic Adoption, Mediation, and Restorative Justice. I first trained in Collaborative Practice in 2005 and am a founding member of the Memphis Collaborative Alliance.
